In November I will start my PhD in Paleoclimatology at the University of Utrecht. Therefore I look for an apartment starting in October so I can settle in a little before my new job starts. Since i currently live in Switzerland, personal viewings are hard, but I'd be very happy to do a Skype/videocall viewing or just to see pictures.
So far i have lived in shared flats with up to 12 people, therefore I would prefer it to now have my own place for the first time. I am a very quiet and tidy person. My income starting from my PhD will be around 2400€, hence i'd like an apartment that costs me below 1100€ if possible.
